kevi assisted me wonderfully. my stay was excellent, i really appreciated it. the service was generally efficient and professional. the staff greeted guests with smiles, which i found cute.
i noticed some aging in my room. the furniture looked somewhat old, (perhaps in need of an update).

i found the location quite convenient it allowed for quick travel from the airport. the lobby has a modern appearance and comfort. the staff accommodated my request for a renovated room. rina welcomed me warmly at the front desk, and tara at the club lounge delivered really good service.
breakfast time can be busy therefore i suggest planning accordingly.

the hotel features two restaurants and a bar with nice food. rooms include slippers and a bathrobe with standard amenities. i noted that the rooftop pool is very nice while the jacuzzi and sauna were not operational.

i enjoyed the convenient location near the airport. it. the hotel featured renovated rooms on the second floor and i received one as requested. tara at the club lounge delivered great service. the dedicated breakfast area for ihg members was appreciated.
